The C64 version of Ultima V was initially released in the 'B' type box variation which has the Origin logo on the left side of the front cover (instead in the middle) and C64 screenshots on the back side. Other than that the content - except disks and reference card (which has a more yellow/orange text color) - is the same through all releases.
